Meet Your Instructor: Jorge Figueroa, Professional Business Coach
Jorge Figueroa was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico where he lived his childhood and early adulthood. He moved to Orlando, FL to attend the University of Central Florida on a US Army ROTC scholarship. Jorge graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1994 and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant as an Armor Officer.
For the next 20 years of his life, Jorge served his country stationed in the US and multiple deployments overseas and subsequently completed a Master's Degree from Chapman University in Organizational Leadership. Upon completion of his military career, Jorge and his family returned to Orlando, FL where he joined the ranks of corporate America working overseas as a contractor.
In 2022, Jorge decided to venture into entrepreneurship with a Fibrenew franchise dedicated to the repair and restoration of leather, plastics, and vinyl. In 2023 he became a John C. Maxwell certified coach, trainer, and speaker. Jorge is married to Patricia Gongora and they have two adult children, Alvaro Jose and Jorge Andres. They currently live in Orlando, Florida.
